DEADLINES AND DELIVERY SYSTEM
Delivery times are effective after dispatch, i.e. a postal delay of approximately 24 to 48 hours (title INDICATIF) and therefore taking effect when your order is dispatched to your home in France.
Find below our delivery methods in France:

Letter followed : For all orders over €40, delivery by letter followed by La Poste is free (24h/48h as INDICATIVE according to La Poste)

Colissimo with signature: For all orders, delivery by colissimo with signature (24h/48h as INDICATIVE according to La Poste) is 6 euros.

Chronopost before 1 p.m. the next day: For all orders, (excluding weekends and public holidays) delivery by chronopost the next day against signature before 1 p.m. (excluding production time) is 29.00 euros.

The delivery times indicated above are indicated for information only by La Poste.
In this sense, we cannot be held responsible in the event of delay or failure to deliver on their part.
However, in case of delivery defects, do not hesitate to contact us.
We will then open a dispute procedure with La Poste in order to escalate the incident.
If no solution is found through them within seven days, we will refund or resend your order.
ATTENTION: This procedure is valid for any declaration of non-delivery occurring within a maximum of 30 days after placing your order.
SHIPPING TIMES

Monday to Friday all orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day.

Saturdays all orders placed before 11:30 a.m. will be dispatched the same day, after this time orders will be dispatched on Monday of the following week.
